Started off as a Camp Counsler for the Catch Program. but eventually move forward to the daycare department where I served as a teachers assistant.In both apartments of the YMCA that I worked i learned Customer/member service and that their needs come first.I learned how to both effectively problem solved work harmoniously with other staff and demonstrate these skills to youth.Provided safe care and protection to members/children and executed fun, educational, leadership promoting games for youth.
