Having grown up within the construction industry, I have hands-on experience from the foundation to the furnishing of site-built and manufactured homes. I own and operate Secure Family Foundations. I am a Marketing Manager for 13th Street Homes. I have five years experience in business administration. I managed and eventually co-owned Suwannee Health and Fitness located in Live Oak, Florida. After three years with the company, I assisted in the successful and profitable sale of the company. After taking a position at 13th Street Homes, I found a successful niche in construction and real estate marketing. I now offer 3D Virtual Tour design and real estate photography as a service to my customers. I am passionate about learning and personal development. I am an avid reader and follow and study great business minds such as Warren Buffett, Robert Kiyosaki, and Janet Tavakoli. To further expand my experience and professional career, I am pursuing my bachelors in marketing, at Brigham Young University. I am a proactive and organized individual. I continuously strive to improve my proficiency and productivity. I have proven my ability to manage time efficiently by juggling school, work, and raising a two-year-old boy as a single parent. I believe in the power of positivity and the acceptance of personal responsibility. I maintain professionalism in the workplace and a high GPA in school. I am proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Products. I am fluent in Portuguese after serving a volunteer religious mission in Northern Brazil for over a year. I am currently studying Spanish, and after achieving fluency, plan to learn French as well.
