As Technical Director, I provide key technical and commercial leadership and manage teams in developing techno-economic analysis for local energy networks including concept design, feasibility studies, energy audits, and business case developments. I manage projects in the development and delivery phases and manage staged and gated project work process in complex project implementations which also include managing the interface with legal, procurement, finance, commercial, health, safety and environment (HSE) and construction teams. I play a critical role in the business development and work with high-performing business development teams to build a robust pipeline of midterm and long-term opportunities. My business development experience includes business case development, business plan writing, business strategy development, market studies and customer mapping, and development of pipeline (marketing, sales). This includes overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial /non-financial KPIs for this business segment.
