Leading a test team of 6 people: 5 manual and 1 automation. Responsible for all testing activities of my QAs in two scrum teams (writing test documentation, test design, testing of requirements, stories testing, quality of performed testing, etc), resolving problems and blockers that my teams face daily, ensuring that teams will meet the deadlines.Preparing Regression Plans with priorities and estimations, leading both teams during regression phase, controlling and monitoring bugs and QA tasks to be done in time.Managing Rollout of new version on Client's environments: defining necessary testing actives, communicating with stakeholders about requirements and deadlines, new features enabling through the back-office, controlling all activities that are required for successful Rollout, leading Prod deployment. Providing training and knowledge sharing for all my QAs to help them evolve and progress.
