-Conceptualized the idea for a small, youth-led theatre festival in Charlottetown, PEI. -Took the initiative to create, plan, and execute this 5 day festival for two summers. -Managed the budget, oversaw all marketing components, logistics, and technical requirements. -Managed the social media presence, wrote press releases and conducted media relations.
