    The Glasgow Actions Team is a taskforce created to call out policy blockers during the COP26 in Glasgow. We delivered striking, highly visual actions framing issues around climate emergency. We accomplished all of our KPIs, striking features in the world’s most renouned newspapers (including the Financial Times, El Païs and the New Yorker) and concluded the project with a budget surplus. As an Actions Operations Manager, I supervised and coordinated the implementation and logistics of the taskforce. My responsabilities included:- Preparing and facilitating the uprooting of an international (albeit mostly American) team of industry experts and changemakers.- Supervising access to resources and materials necessary for the planning and implementation of actions, including locating office spaces, managing inventories and monitoring health and safety procedures.- Embracing a wholistic approach to COP26 work, using my knowledge and networks in Scotland to assist with actions on the field, e.g. by reaching out to civil society organisations. - Monitoring budget and accounting throughout the project
