As GAT continues to expand, I supervise the organisational growth to ensure that we sustainably match our ambitions in being bigger, better and bolder.

I resumed my role in running Glasgow Actions Team operations. In our campaigning for fossil fuel disinvestement, we have provided the most striking pictures of key international finance summits - including the last World Bank Annual Meetings and the Paris Summit for a New Global Financial Pact. My role includes:- Maintaining GAT's organisational integrity by overviewing budgeting, accounting and contracting - Supervising logistical and operational processes, including skillfully sourcing materials or activists for extraordinary last-minute actions- Coordinating with our networks of funders and delivering efficiently crafted funding proposals and reports- Supporting wider movement networks and coalition-building between GAT and driven organisations all around the world

I specialise in supporting organisations plan and implement specific projects surrounding climate action and social justice, mainly through direct action and educational training curriculums.

After successfully securing funds from the EU's Erasmus+ programme, I supervised the coordination of a professional retreat for youth workers involved in transformative learning and critical pedagogy. The project, entitled 'Transformational Education Hub', aims to bring together inspiring and creative youth workers from 7 different countries. The hub focuses on fostering exchanges of good practices, confront wicked challenges within transformative youth work and create instrument for the wider youth worker community. The hub focuses more attentively on teaching and learning around human rights, sustainable development and leadership. My key responsabilities included:- Project implementation strategy and overview- Design and overview of funding and budget - Headhunting and selection of participants - Supervision of participatory curriculum-creation among participants and the wider community of practionners in transformative youth work- Coordination with partner organisations

The Glasgow Actions Team is a taskforce created to call out policy blockers during the COP26 in Glasgow. We delivered striking, highly visual actions framing issues around climate emergency. We accomplished all of our KPIs, striking features in the world’s most renouned newspapers (including the Financial Times, El Païs and the New Yorker) and concluded the project with a budget surplus. As an Actions Operations Manager, I supervised and coordinated the implementation and logistics of the taskforce. My responsabilities included:- Preparing and facilitating the uprooting of an international (albeit mostly American) team of industry experts and changemakers.- Supervising access to resources and materials necessary for the planning and implementation of actions, including locating office spaces, managing inventories and monitoring health and safety procedures.- Embracing a wholistic approach to COP26 work, using my knowledge and networks in Scotland to assist with actions on the field, e.g. by reaching out to civil society organisations. - Monitoring budget and accounting throughout the project

ÚNA is a nonprofit organisation specialising in intercultural dialogue between Latin America and Scotland. In the wake of COP26, I supervised the preparation of collaborative projects between ÚNA, Latin American and Scottish partners, especially la Minga and the Allianza. I focused extensively on feminist and sustainability-focused events and working methods. My responsability included:- Fundraising and funding strategy- Creating sustainable resources and structures to prepare the collaboration between ÚNA and La Minga during COP26- Fostering networks of support in Glasgow to facilitate La Minga's COP26 activist agenda- Supervision and coordination of volunteer groups and organisations in Glasgow, especially the Southside - Policy analysis, including results from previous COPs and COP26 stakeholders consultations .

I facilitated for the 2020 online Short Course "Building a Sustainable Future", with over 60 participants from accross the globe. The course included five weeks of workshops and curriculum design beforehand. I created and implemented workshops on project management and socio-economic inequalities, and collaborated with other facilitators to deliver a curriculum focused on deep learning and sustainability.

I worked as an Operations Coordinator for the travel operator company VOS. I coordinated processes between clients, suppliers and service-users, specialising in Norwegian operations. I analysed and reviewed set structures, creatively implementing ad-hoc solutions when necessary. This involved finding solutions to crisis situations or last minute schedule changes, including the beginning of the COVID-19 health crisis. I supervised the implementations of group travel tours in Norway, Sweden and Iceland while learning about the geographical and political features of each country. I worked in French and English in a multilingual working environment.

I developed and implemented social impact evaluations for the 2019 'Building a Sustainable Future' UWC Short Course in Ostbevern, Germany. I successfully improved and added to previous years' structures, increasing the amount of relevant information collected and encouraging participants' direct input. I conducted regular surveys and punctual focus groups, using participatory research methods. I also created and facilitated workshops on socio-economic sustainable development, as well as project management.

Using the networks I developed as Events Coordinator for the University of Glasgow, I contributed to launch UNA and its first festival under UNESCO approval. Along the Executive Director, I designed agenda and strategy, focusing on producing fruitful dialogues around 'artivism' between Scotland and Latin America. Coordinating with our Marketing and Volunteer teams, we successfully organised an UNA festival bringing together local and Latin American civil servants/politicians, academics, activists and artists to celebrate cultural commonalities and differences while calling for a common fight to climate action.

I supervised groups of students during employability exercises, challenging them continuously while providing honest and direct feedback. I implemented a curriculum centered around work-related skills, team management, leadership and problem-solving during times of crisis.

I organised events for College of Social Sciences students, focusing on employability and work related skills. I successfully implemented my vision, focusing on social justice and student engagement. I organised events on public affairs, international development, Glasgow's third sector and EU institutions. I liaised with government officials, private actors and voluntary organisations, establishing a positive rapport.

I supervised and managed the implementation of a Citywise project, in a Secondary School in the East of Glasgow. I coordinated volunteers, briefed them and led mentoring sessions. I encouraged both mentors and mentees to reflect on themselves, focusing on personal development. I contributed to the delivery of trainings for Citywise volunteers, and to the organisation of fundraising events.

I successfully developed a mission statement and a report on the Concrete Garden's structures and processes. I conducted Participatory Action Research to gain a holistic perspective about the Garden's purpose and effects on the community.

I conducted two summer camps as a team leader, in Manchester and Glasgow. I supervised groups of 7 to 12 children. I delivered lessons, balancing out academic knowledge and self-reflective activities. I led smaller teams of volunteers to assist me in project delivery.

I developed the enterprises's hazard analysis and critical control points procedures, as well as their equal opportunity and health and safety policies. I autonomously conducted research on the policies, liaising with the relevant local authorities officials.
