Adopted from South Korea, raised in a small town with 17 brothers + sisters, and watching my father own a small business - tenacity, adaptability, and resiliency are deeply engraved in my core being.With over 16 years of experience, my career has taken me to unique opportunities in LA, Toronto, Columbus, and NYC. My specialized focus is with emerging ventures within the Digital Product and Marketing Industry that are in need of a transformation in an organization. I began my career in the startup world in 2011, building out one of the first job posting platforms online for the Wall Street Journal. This lead to my first acquisition where I played a crucial part in change management and knowledge transfer. From there, I had many incredible opportunities to launch new programs with technology agencies, SaaS products, eCommerce and web applications. I have built brand new functions within businesses and played a crucial role in driving accelerated growth. When I look back at all I have done in my career, I have an incredible amount of gratitude for the leaders that took a chance on me and really invested in developing me as a professional.
