Alix grew up in Atlanta and graduated with honors from Georgia Tech with degrees in architecture & city planning, fields in which she worked for several years after college. In 2007, Alix made the decision to switch careers and joined the prestigious RE/MAX Around Atlanta office. She finds that her architecture & planning background has been incredibly helpful in the real estate business. Working as an architect and urban planner in the Atlanta area for the ten years prior to coming to RE/MAX gave Alix invaluable knowledge and a deep understanding of the Atlanta market, and she enjoys putting her experience in that field to work for her clients now.Upon joining RE/MAX, Alix’s hard work immediately paid off, earning her top honors every year; she has been the Agent Of The Month numerous times, was featured in Jezebel Magazine’s 2010 Best Of Atlanta issue as a “Top Real Estate Professional” with only 8 other agents in the city, and has been awarded Kudzu’s “Best of Atlanta” designation for the past 5 years.
