As a Support Worker at Dundee Carers Centre, I provide practical and emotional support to carers and their families in Dundee. I work with a diverse range of clients, including those with autism, mental health issues, physical disabilities, and dementia. I help them access services, benefits, respite, and advocacy, as well as facilitate peer support groups and training sessions. I am also in the process of becoming a pub-quiz quizmaster with a colleague. We offer quizzes, written & presented by us, and are constantly looking for new opportunities. I graduated with a first class honours in BSc Psychology from the University of Dundee in June 2022. I have a keen interest in autistic perception, which I explored in my dissertation project. I also served as the Vice-President of the Spectrum Society, where I organised events and connected neurodivergent students. I ran my own small jewellery business, Strawberry Patch Clay, where I expressed my creativity and learned valuable skills in time management, customer service, and marketing.
