My father is Lakota Sioux and my mother was Taino (Haiti). I like to think their bloodlines gave me strength, but it's the skills I learned throughout my youth that really helped me become strong, mentally and physically. I started coaching youth, teaching healthy living, focusing on positivity, and giving back.My experience as an entrepreneur has humbled me and taught me that the effort I put into my purpose will manifest my impact on others. My focus on helping youth and adults build strength is coming together with the community I'm building in Gym's House
