Developed a fully functional, user-friendly WordPress web application for a small business, carefully optimizing it for search engine visibility to enhance the company’s online presence and improve user engagement. Over a 4-week project timeline, I coordinated closely with team members, ensuring that all tasks aligned with project goals and were completed on schedule. By implementing a continuous feedback loop with both team members and the client, we were able to make iterative enhancements throughout the project, ultimately delivering a final product that exceeded functional and user experience expectations.

I took on the role of Scrum Master and Private Front-End Developer in my team to develop a centralised platform to connect all procedures taken for the program. As the Scrum Master this project allowed me to work with agile project management framework for a real world project, collaborating with me team members during the four months online phase to delegate tasks and take responsibility of the work load to efficiently utilise scrum to manage the agile cycles while also implementing client feedback. For development of the project the following technologies were used ASP.NET core for backend, React.js for the public interface and Mudblazor/dotNET MAUI for the private interfaces. Going to Mudblazor without any prior knowledge had manage challenges however with the dedication I had to learn and guidance from team members it was very inspiring to learn the code and develop the interfaces. 💻 I'm thrilled to say this experience was immensely rewarding and I have learnt, enhanced, made bonds and grown such much from these four months, I am so grateful! So thankful for all the encouragement and support through this journey.

I reviewed, analyzed, and summarized the common communication challenges facing The Juniper Trust’s digital platform on Slack, identifying key areas for improvement. Over a four-week period, I managed research and testing for a web application, conducting thorough project research with a group of twenty participants to gather valuable insights. Additionally, I collaborated closely with colleagues to address and resolve various technical and software issues, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to a more effective digital workspace.
