In this role, I was main facilitator of the divisions' platform. Responsible for managing the portal where lawyers, brokers, and homeowners communicate throughout their home closing experience. Effectively communicated with the file stakeholders to provide status updates and client support within the required service level agreement. Assisted in coordinating appointments to sign the required closing documents between commissioners, homeowners and law firms. I ensured file documents aboded to legal policies and procedures. Collected paralegals information from the Law of Society website as the initial stage for the on-boarding process of commissioners. I underwent onboarding training with new commissioners of oath and new agents within the division. Created the division training documents for future agents as well as assist in monthly reporting.

In this role, I am responsible for reviewing, approving and negotiating fee requests submitted by appraisers. I must manage the fees to ensure all comply within the lenders and brokers' guidelines. This also entails facilitating communication between NAS, lenders, and appraisers to ensure a smooth process. The overall goal in this position is to maximize business profits and mitigating losses.
