For almost 2 years now, I have worked as a Customer Support Professional with experience handling financial, home security, and retail accounts. This has exposed me to expanding and utilizing my communication skills and computer literacy, which I acquired and have developed throughout my school years.Additionally, my experience in this role has given me opportunities to be familiar and knowledgeable in different softwares and tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and Freshdesk among others.I'm very passionate about producing quality output, while I enjoy having the freedom and space I need in approaching my job strategically and efficiently.
