My name is Aliyah Moore and I am a senior at Kennesaw State University. I will graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Integrative Studies with a minor in Public Relations in December 2020. I possess great communication skills and a variety set of public relations talents. I have taken Public Relation Principles, Writing for Public Comm, Professional Editing, and more classes to help educate me on the theory of Public Relations. I have learned different strategies and tactics in public relations and different writing styles and techniques. I have a digital portfolio with reviews, infographics, stories, and papers (aliyahmoore.com). I do extremely well in Microsoft and Canva. I love to learn and expand my knowledge in different digital applications. I am experienced in coordinating events and social media through an internship at AskAprilLove. While interning there I learned how to use Canva and how to promote on social media. I also learned how to work under pressure putting together events and working on gift bags and guest lists. I also gained knowledge in events through being President of an organization Queens Without a Crown Inc. at Savannah State University where I gained my Associate degree of Science. Every month we hosted an event on campus and every week we would visit a high school and talk to young girls about self-love, self-worth, self-respect, and self-confidence.
