Extracting and analysing data in order to develop beautiful visualisations, transforming data into actionable insights influencing business decisions. • Designing and developing cross-platform data driven visuals in accordance to brand guidelines which includes typography, framework and colour palettes.• Assessing data requirements and participating in solution design for project proposals to ensure alignment to principles and governance framework.• Identifying technologies and innovations that will support and optimise the visualisation capabilities within the wider business.• Developing Oracle web apps using PL/SQL, HTML, CSS and Javascript in an agile, fast-paced, iterative environment.• Presenting and articulating technical concepts and design work to a range of stakeholders including senior stakeholders where required.• Liaising and engaging with external market leading visualisation software clients to embark on POCs projects. • Using Figma to produce high quality flows, wireframes and prototypes based on a firm understanding of usability principles and best practices.• Querying and analysing big data using SQL and SparkSQL using our data science workbench Dataiku.

Provided 1st line and 2nd line technical support to users alongside studying for a Microsoft Infrastructure Technician Qualification.• Supporting development of systems management process for all systems, infrastructure and customer journeys• Contributing to the development of services by creating documentation to streamline BAU processes• Respond to and resolve IT incidents logged, providing solutions to known incidents and diagnosing undefined problems as they occur.• Taking ownership for resolution of incidents and remediation of identified issues• Supporting internal bespoke events when required.• Liaise with all IT supporting teams onsite and offshore and 3rd party suppliers to manage and resolve incidents and services• Driving the optimisation and maintaining the configuration and installation of Windows and Mac desktops/laptops, Apple iPhone/iPad and any other hardware replacements
