As a nutrition assistant, I ensure the building is stocked with nutritious snacks, protein shakes, and bars. I also help with supplying water and hydrating fluids to the players during practice and games. I encourage healthy eating habits and inform players about ways to eat healthy and help them recover. My responsibilities included providing one-on-one guidance, implementing Kumon's curriculum, tracking student progress, and grading assignments.
