As Senior Leasing Consultant, I create and manage lease documents for prospective, current, and past residents. Whilst doing so, I demonstrate professionalism and security by managing personal information in an organized fashion. I am also tasked with specific projects like managing quarterly audits, creating and implementing monthly events for residents, as well as producing all flyers for events and the monthly newsletter. I handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, upkeeping communication through email, and acting as a welcoming face for all prospects and residents to interact with.

Within this position, I recruited students in weekly information booths to answer any and all questions regarding studying abroad. In addition, I supported staff with administrative duties as a liaison to all working parties in the office through calls and emails and aided in managing and promoting event. This all being done while balancing student work responsibilities and classes with high professionalism.
