In my position, I assist members with understanding their coverage and simplifying their benefits by walking them through their daily concerns on a case by case basis. I also deliver providers direct resolution for their patients concerns. I primarily assist with the pre authorization of medications but I am often more concerned with providing both the patient and provider with the simplest and most time efficient solution to have drug coverage be the last and least of their worries.
