I was a Leasing and Marketing Assistant for student housing at Sol at West Village. In this role, I prepared and processed applications, leases and renewals per company policy. I conducted apartment tours, answered questions, and highlighted selling features of the property, and using Entrata and Microsoft Outlook, I maintained communication with residents and prospective residents.

I had the opportunity to illustrate a book series, working closely with the authors to ensure the creative vision and cohesive elements of the books were aligned. This involved collaborating on design choices, character visuals, and thematic consistency. Additionally, I assisted with editing and publishing, contributing to a smooth production process from concept to final product.
