• Analyzed case study involving financial valuation, commercialization and manufacturing strategy; Built financial valuation model for the railway equipment forecasting peak year revenues; Developed commercialization strategy to obtain a projected 26% market share in Indonesia’s railway industry• Projected revenue and P&L models to estimate the profitability and return of different retail expansionary strategies• Evaluated the Rp 700+MM external spending in the outside region with the goal of reaching 10% savings by 2023; Compared sales and headcount tocategory spend to identify areas of lowest profitability and potential savings
