Presently as Planning Manager at Water Heater Plants, which is the largest manufacturer of Electric Water Heaters in Middle East. located at New industrial area, Riyadh, KSA.The company has a total yearly turnover of SAR 1.65 billion - 2013 and EWH plant contributes its 20%.Responsibilities:-• Complete administration of Planning department, manages two Water Heater Plant & One Service Plant. In order to achieve optimum inventory of materials to fulfill the monthly and yearly target as per the demand of sales and marketing.• Evaluating the manufacturing cost of final products by monitoring mainly Material cost of raw materials and semi finished products.• Hiring skilled candidates for various roles of Planning like planning supervisors and Materials planners etc and train them.• Implementing the Advance planning optimizer (APO) in SAP-PP, is the latest technology to improve the production planning and procurement planning efficiently. • Conducting all planning activities in a healthy environment that promotes employee contribution therefore improves productivity.• Preparing productive yearly Budget and evaluating it with the actual output periodically.• Close monitoring on KPI results Vs Quality objectives periodically therefore achieves the strategic target of productivity and quality.
