As a Cyber Security Analyst at CyberNow Labs, I conduct core information security activities such as SIEM, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, Education & Awareness, Malware Detection, Incident Response, Network Monitoring and Log Analysis. I monitor and analyze security logs and alerts through QRadar-Splunk and identify security incidents for remediation and investigation. I also recognize potential, successful, and unsuccessful intrusion attempts and compromises through reviews and analyses of relevant event detail and summary information from security tools and technologies.With a Bachelor of Education degree in English as a Second or Foreign Language Teaching and an Associate's degree in Social Services and Counseling, I have a strong background in education and social services, which enables me to communicate effectively, empathize with others, and adapt to different cultures and contexts. I am a life-long learner with high problem-solving and quick learning abilities, resilience, flexibility, and independent and responsible way of working. I have obtained multiple certifications, including CompTIA Security+, Foundation Level Threat Intelligence Analyst, and Fortinet NSE Certification Program, to enhance my professional skills and knowledge in cybersecurity.
