Founder of Baity, the first Palestinian restaurant in the North of England.

Initiate fundraising campaigns for Human Appeal projects, working both individually and as a team to ensure that fundraising targets are met through innovative campaigns and events. The role includes event managing, volunteer coordinating, strategy planning and use of digitial media.Developed social networking and digital marketing pages, branded them and carried out substantial advertising campaigns online. Increased the reach on sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Flickr and Vimeo. Introduced Human Appeal to Pinterest, one of the first UK charities to join late 2012.

A temporary position working alongside the regional fundraiser for the North West, including planning and managing my own campaign to fundraise through out the Ramadan period, raising a total of £37,000. My roles included volunteers, event and logistics managment.
