Efficient Pharmacist with 8+ years experience in detailing, Monitoring and Evaluating, providing logistics and supply chain of health commodities, implementing public health programs on Malaria, Tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS, Malnutrition, Immunization, Maternal and Child Health in Nigeria. Recently, I worked with Palladium Nigeria as a quality assurance consultant to support infection prevention and control at facility level. in this capacity, I tracked health commodities from state CMS to health facilities to ensure quality materials were supplied and effectively utilized at facility by building capacity of staff.As a Pharmacist at Federal Medical Centre Lokoja. I offered patient health education especially related to drugs, screen prescription to avert errors before dispensing and carry out therapeutic drug monitoring to ensure definite outcome that will improve the quality of live of the patients. Previously, i worked with UNICEF on micronutrient powder (MNP) nutritional supplementation project as Assistant M and E consultant in Adamawa state, Nigeria. I trained CHEWs in antenatal sections of healthcare facilities on documentation, dispensing and education of caregivers on how to use the MNP for their children. At the community level, I carried out public education of caregivers and advocacy visits to influencers and policy makers to create awareness on MNP supplement to infants and young children. Also, I monitored health facilities and caregivers using the M and E lograme to ensure compliance and provide solutions to challenges. As program officer and later a program manager in Global-Fund project on AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (ATM) in Kogi State, Nigeria, I provided logistics services for distribution of food and health commodities such as LLINs to malaria threatened areas such as IDPs camps due to flood. I trained CSOs on SBCC strategies towards ATM prevention. I coordinated community outreach programs on free medical testing and referrals of cases to Global-Fund approved healthcare centres for adequate treatment. Also, I developed M & E logframe to monitor progress and evaluate impact of project. I worked with YAWHEP as program officer were I guided caregivers to assess OVC services and trained them on income generating activities for sustainability. As a medical/sales representative at Drugfield Pharmaceutical, I detailed and distributed health commodities to hospital and pharmacies. I'm skilled in data management using Excel, Access and SPSS.
