About:•The world's most prestigious new media platform for business and managementMy Profession:•As a PM at HBR Turkiye I managed the development of HBR Turkiye apps and a digital broadcast platform Puls. Digital broadcast platform offers studio, back-office, and analytical modules for professional live streaming with TV broadcast quality, similar to Hopin. User insight analysis was conducted for publisher, attendee, and advertiser user types across Puls's three modules. Insights from over 250 digital broadcasts streamed through Puls helped shape priorities in UX, design, and development processes. The product development process included designing the platform using Figma and Figjam, while software development utilized Svelte, Next.js, React, Php Laravel, and Webrtc technologies. Project management was conducted using Jira and Confluence modules.
