Aliza M. Rotbart Email and Phone Number
Hello! I'm Aliza!I'm a determined individual. I like to be inquisitive, learn new skills, work with people, be positive, AND....As a passionate leader, I build creative spaces to mentor and collaborate with people into not only solve the next big problem but to strengthen everyone's new and prior skills. For five years, I've used this approach to coach young dancers to expand their skills while having fun in the process. Now, despite the lack of ballet shoes pattering along the floor, I still encourage and work with young leaders to become better together -- one step at a time.As a third-year student at the University of Cincinnati, I'm planning on utilizing my collegiate career to both find my niche and expand my skills. I'm primarily interested in finding a people-facing career that pushes me past my comfort zone. Who knows what you could find out there? If you'd like to chat, please contact me at rotbaram@mail.uc.edu or message me on LinkedIn -- I'll be happy to speak with you!

Client First Center AdvocateFirst Financial Bank May 2023 - PresentFairfield, Ohio, United StatesAs a Client Advocate, I troubleshoot client banking issues, including online banking, debit card inquiries, fraud, and account maintenance. I also learned key banking systems like Argo, Xperience, Banno, eVision, ServiceNow, and Visa DPS. I learned how to proactively call on clients to assist with first-time online banking conversion issues, and coached 5 new hires during on-the-job training. I also created motivational team content for all co-ops. Lastly, I've been promoted from the phone to the live chat team, handling 50+ messages on various topics daily. -
Customer Experience CoordinatorMarshalls Llc Dec 2021 - PresentMason, Ohio, United StatesAt Marshalls, I thrive in the customer service aspect of my job, often being rewarded for my friendliness and efficiency. I am also consistently meeting sales goals, encouraging more customers to shop with a TJX credit card. Since I love talking and meeting new people, the checkout line is a perfect, quick place to briefly do so. On top of that, the front-end is a great place to meet new, outgoing associates. I love training new hires and showing them the ropes; making sure they are smoothly acclimating to our front-end environment. Lastly, I'm also learning some new skills in the form of the cash office; working with about $3000 in order to set up the registers, count the safe, and prepare the financial documents. I am also learning merchandising techniques, and optimizing the Q-line in order to best suit our customer's needs. It's a new experience for me and I'm enjoying the challenge! -

Sales AssociateMagic Needle Alterations Jun 2021 - Sep 2021Mason, Ohio, United StatesWhen I worked at Magic Needle Alterations, I was fresh to in-person customer service. Though it was a daunting experience, it was an amazing learning curve. I learned that encouraging customer loyalty not only relies on efficiency but on brief, thoughtful conversations done with a smile. On top of that, I also learned how to manage intakes/distributions as well as complaints. Learning how to skillfully handle complaints first-hand was wonderful, especially since it set me up well for not only my job at Marshalls, but my professional career as a whole.

Executive AssistantPlastic-Craft Products Corp Jul 2017 - Jul 2020West Nyack, New York, United StatesWhen I began at Plastic-Craft, I was still in high school and very much enclosed in my comfort zone. I barely understood what my role was in this job, finding it intimidating to work for such a company. Overall, I find this job to be the one that started to develop my skills; from how to answer the phone to how to keep track of an inventory. I learned how to use eBay and Amazon Seller to promote customer engagement and coordinate daily e-commerce business.
