Joined as Senior / Lead Civil Structural Engineer with WORLEY EPCM Team for QATAR SHELL - GAS TO LIQUID (QSGTL-EPCM) Projects.Developed in partnership between Qatar-Energy and Shell, Pearl GTL converts natural gas into a range of high-performing GTL products: from gas oil, kerosene and base oil to naphtha and normal paraffin for the petrochemicals industry. Pearl GTL is located in Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC). In 2017, Worley has been awarded a multiple year’s contract by Qatar Shell for performing Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) services to the Pearl Gas to Liquids (GTL) plant. I reinforced Worley’s (Doha - Qatar) QSGTL Team by joining them as Senior Engineer (Civil & Structures) with following but not limited to as my major responsibilities;  Managing team of Engineers and Drafting persons for preparation of Civil / Structural Construction Drawings and to schedule internal working load for achieving targeted deliverable dates smoothly.  Coordination with client, suppliers, vendors and internal engineering disciplines like Piping, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation Department to get required inputs / data for Civil Engineering & Design works.  Preparation of Engineering Design Calculations as per Shell DEPs / DEM Checklists, Civil BOQs, Structural MTOs, Construction SOW and Technical Proposals for QSGTL’s EPCM & Construction team.  QA/QC Management for all Engineering Design & Construction deliverables before submission to client. Technical discussions with Client’s TA (Technical Authority) to get submitted documents approved for execution at site.  Coordination with internal higher Management for Cost Effective Design / Easy Construction Sequences / Rapid Construction Techniques and Strategies.  Site visits and meetings with construction contractor & client to resolve issues at construction site with respect to designed documents & drawings.

K-Electric has launched it's TP-1000 Transmission Enhancement Plan of $400 Million in collaboration with Siemens Germany/Pakistan and Shanghai Electric of China. The project will add 1000 MVA in the transmission and distribution infrastructure and will ensure a smoother and more reliable supply of power for K-Electric customers in Karachi and its adjoining areas. SIEMENS Pakistan has been awarded an EPC based TURNKEY Project. I joined Siemens Pakistan as Civil Design & Construction Coordinators for construction of total of 27 Grid Stations, out of which seven (7) are Complete New Grids i.e Green Field Substations and Twenty (20) Grids are extension / up gradation of existing brown field substations.
