I am fascinated how human centered design can better our lives and I think about this often. I love using tools such as interviews, ideation sessions and co-creation workshops to develop high-impact customer experiences that put the customer at the center of the strategy. I have helped my clients realize the benefits of doing so when working together to reimagine their online shopping experiences and bring their loyalty programs to life. 3. I get excited when I get to deliver well designed strategies and I am told by others I am really good at it too! Whether it be partnering with IT when leading a team of UX designers to ensure the designs are feasible and enable the right business goals or managing large scale CRM implementations, my ability to see five steps ahead when most people only see two has allowed me to proactively focus on addressing and removing risks and successfully deliver millions of dollars of large multifaceted transformation programs globally.4. Fun Superpower: I have an equally creative and analytical mind which gives me a unique way of seeing and solving problems and connecting dots that others don’t see. My best ideas usually come when I am quilting, playing on the swings or walking around the city checking out the newest independent coffee shops. 5. I firmly believe working collaboratively yields the best results. I’ve received exceptional upward feedback over the years because I believe in autonomy yet don’t hesitate to roll up my sleeves and help get things done when needed, I show up authentically and with compassion and foster an environment where my team can flourish.
