As the dispatcher and transportation specialist, I am responsible for ensuring the safety of the van drivers and children while they are on the road. It is most important to follow up with the drivers to ensure their vans are properly maintained (i.e. oil changes, cleaning, etc.), and to keep their certifications and licenses current. Additionally, I am responsible for making and answering calls, and responding to emails related to transportation. This includes adding and canceling children’s transportation using our Ecolane system, setting up the drivers’ routes, providing drivers with important information for the children on their run, and relaying information between parents and staff. I take pride in keeping my office organized and making sure all documents and paperwork are up to date.

As the Assistant manager I played a Lead Cashier role. In this role I was responsible for opening/closing the store, cash register operations, while also maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers. During my time with Pride, I was also trained to dispense lottery tickets.

As a hotel front desk agent, providing guest with excellent guest service, encouraging them to return again in future, was my main priority. In addition to checking our guests in and out of the hotel, my responsibilities included making and modifying reservations; informing guests of all of the events happening, amenities, and activities available on property; and handling billing inquiries.

I am responsible for greeting the guests as they enter the restaurant, setting up their reservations for them and calling the guests to confirm their reservations. Aside from confirming our guests' reservations, it is my responsibility to handle phone calls and guest inquires about the restaurant and the menu. Guiding the guests to their table and providing them with drink menus to browse through as they wait for their server is also my responsibility. When necessary I assist various restaurant staff to ensure our guests have an amazing experience.
