- Project Management of our data analytics initiative. The project is aimed at getting to the right level of data to better support SWIFT’s usage development of key accounts. Responsibilities include modelizing initiative, gathering data sources, automating data access and data consumption, developping analysis framework, testing the model, delivery with customers and synchronizing stakeholders.- Market Management for our Funds Distribution business- Business development initiative for Investment Managers. - Active collaboration in the launch of a new Business Intelligence solution aimed at helping financial institutions monitor their compliance with international rules. In this context, leveraging the customers’ needs to build a visual tool that will help them assess their risky activities based on different international rules (Sanctions list, Know your customers (KYC), anti-terrorism and anti money laundering (AML) rules).- Project management of our main Business Intelligence commercial offering platform migration. (Identification of customers needs and leveraging the migration opportunity to improve our tool ; overall design of our new solution from a business point of view and coordination with IT to ensure the feasibility of the requirements; organization and coordination of a pilot phase with a set of users to test the new platform and ensure its quality; planning and delivery of all promotion and communication on the new tool; build support material and training; training and supporting the customers in their usage of the new tool.)
