Teaching Forrest Yoga in a private setting so that my clients get the full benefits in their practice. My goal is to give you the best practice that works with your body at the present moment, working through injuries, stress, and other specific needs.

Giving our youth the opportunity to listen to their body, use their breath and being more in control of their mind at a young age. Teaching small groups with a maximum of 10 kids at a time. The kids will be separated into different age groups if possible. Location varies, usually its in the parents back yard or home as well as a few gorgeous parks around South Florida.
