With extensive experiences in data visualizations and creating data mart in both domestic and international companies, I have took part operational roles in the retail, telecommunications and e-commerce sectors.I began my career analyzing the data and visualizing it. Later I transitioned to working for a company specializing in personalized customer experience consulting. During this time, I have played key roles in areas such as data manipulation, data preparation, data integration and ETL operations. While creating dashboards and preparing database, I also designed ETL processes. In my current position as Business Intelligence Developer, I am defining the business needs and demands, determining the technical requirements then I take action to achieve our clients' needs.
