DG MOVE Unit B1 - Transport Networks- Excellent understanding of the TEN-T policy;- Contributing to the implementation of the Action Plan on Military Mobility;- Contributing to the evaluation of TEN-T regulation;- Analysis of the position papers submitted to the public consultation of the TEN-T Regulation revision;- Supporting the negotiation of the streamlining proposal;- Participating in meetings at different level;- Drafting of minutes and reports of meetings and conference calls.

- Indirect tax compliance and advisory;- Preparation and assistance of VAT and other statistical related reports;- Creating and updating Excel spreadsheets;- Daily communication with clients, advising tax strategies in German or in English.

- Administrative assistance to consular work, especially the facilitation of issuance of birth certificates and passports. - I prepared application files (visa, work permit, passport, birth certificate) and follow-up these files withthe competent Hungarian authorities.- In addition, I assisted the consular staff in carrying out their daily tasks.

- Translating political texts from German into Hungarian;- Writing texts for the home page of the Embassy; - Searching in German newspapers and on the Internet; - Drafting ofreports reports and press reviews; - Correspondence with citizens;- Assistance to preparation of the events.

- Identification of the export opportunities for Austrian companies; - Researching market information, maintenance of local company lists and databases; - Assistance to preparation of numerous events.

- Supporting of the customer service representatives with administrative tasks; - Answering emails, phone calls.
