Responsibilities:- Manage trade spend for 3 Business Units, 7 channels and 25 product segments- Together with Sales team prepare monthly spend for following month and create the budget in system to be used after presented and approved by GM. - Monitor actual trade spend and follow up action to reduce/add the budget. - Review trade spend accrual vs claim on hand to ensure budget sufficiency- Review long aging unused budget and propose budget closed. - Quarterly analysis risk of stock return and take proper action. - Lead month end close posting for trade spend to ensure all trade spends component properly and accurately posted.- Preparing Plan, Forecast, Latest view and Actuals for Net Revenue, including the variance analysis.

Responsibilities- Lead P&L Report preparation for 3 Business Units. Including by segment/brand P&L, by cost bucket and by activities, for monthly, quarterly forecast and annual planning to give insight on business performance and giving input for business decision.- Confirming monthly closing numbers, by doing analysis on each segment and cost bucket before numbers locked- Lead GMVA reporting and reconciliation between manual vs online calculation - Liaise with regional and global team for any reporting and GMVA related- Construct monthly E-commerce P&L including the analysis to understand e-commerce business performance - Deck preparation for KPI review

Responsibilities:- Manage marketing spend of 4 brands (Dettol, Durex, Strepsils, Veet) and 11 categories (Soap, Antiseptic Liquid, Body Wash, Hand Wash, Hand Sanitizer, Disinfectant Spray, Wipes, Condoms, Sore Throat Lozenges, Hair Removal)- Business Partner to Category Manager in constructing Pricing, NPD Business Case, and Category P&L, including liaise with Factory team and R&D team to drive product profitability. - Analyze category P&L (GMVA Analysis)- Balance Sheet review of Marketing accrual and take necessary action to old aging balance after reconciled with vendors and users.

Acting as business partner to Finance team of Customer Development/Sales team and FP&A for trading cost management with responsibilities:- Forecasting and analysis on total company’s trading cost which consist of 4 big channels, 15 categories and at least 8 corporate projects - Manage trading cost spending by account and by category. - Guardian of budgeting and accounting treatment on the trading cost and trading activities spendingAchievement: Improve cost analysis to get robust understanding on source of cost movement

Acting as business partner to Marketing team of Hair category (5 brands) for 1 year and Skin Cleansing (4 brands) for 2 years with responsibilities:- Forecasting and analyzing on brands’ profitability, give insight to marketing team as well as cost saving opportunities - Provide financial result for category, brands, and products performance - Provide financial analysis and calculation on marketing team’s plan (i.e: business case for innovation, pricing decision, advertising and promotion plan) - Guardian of budget and accounting treatment of marketing team’s advertising and promotion’s spending Achievement:Successfully with the team building new revenue opportunities in Net Revenue Management Project which giving additional revenue around IDR 62bn
