It also involved extensive works carried on the internal control structure of the audited companies for the purpose of improving their system of accounting and internal controls and identifying relevant business and audit risks. The assignment of TEDAS was related with the restructuring project of Turkish Electricity Distribution Network financed by The World Bank and project carried out by Mc Kinsey Turkey.

• During the operational experience as financial controller and CFO, he managed daily financial operations and besides actively leaded other operations such as public offering operation of of Arena Bilgisayar A.Ş. in ISO (finalized in November 2000), mergering activities in Arena Bilgisayar A.Ş. and Escort Group, re-organizing financial and accounting structure and implementation of SAP for Arena Bilgisayar A.Ş.
