Customer oriented engineer - responsible for back-end design and development of the company's flagship product, the FM:Interact Workplace Management Suite, a web-based enterprise solution. • Responsible for Company Infrastructure and continuing development of assay requirements in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).Regular duties include personnel administration, monitoring batch.
• Improved aging company infrastructure by adding capacity and new processing capability for less than 50% of projected cost.
• Reduced turnaround time by 75% for delivery complete while expanding scope of assay handling in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) with Affymetrix GCOS/AGCC platform analysis for expression profiling.
• Increased network capacity 600% and performance by 66% through better handling of Illumina platform analysis for genotyping and sequencing including the GA2.
• Architected new web-based front-end to the LIMS for multi-location access, making a dramatic improvement in speed for large batches (over 100 samples) and adding part 11 compliance.
• Produced Principle Components Analysis (PCA), Permutation Analysis for Differential Expression (PADE) and various other quality control analyses with graphical output making outlier samples obvious to non-scientific.

• Saved crucial international customer project, translating 1260 C++ API signatures for the Renaissance LIMS product into VB.NET. Provided additional sample code in C# and Java. Initial delivery was made three weeks.
• Led Cooperative Development System (CDS) efforts for a unified web interface with customers and vendors in pharmaceutical research and energy industries to create product add-ins and interfaces to Electronic Lab.

• Created mapping interfaces in XML to connect disparate databases for web-based updating and reporting. This was done at 40% of the customer’s estimated cost.
• Added WMI module to Asset Tracking Software to provide better granularity of computer hardware information (not just how much memory, but are there any open slots) and was used to save 84% of expected replacement costs.
• Saved a government agency 95% of expected labor by automating secure file transfers between multiple mainframes and PC servers.
• Interfaced automated asset discovery with IMACS for verification of maintenance, improving completion by 50%.
• Designed a web interface to legacy manufacturing systems using 90% of existing equipment.

• Responsible for a team of System Developers creating best-of-breed software that examines a corporation's computers and retrieves inventory data including serial numbers, CPU data and speed, bios versions, disk.
