I am responsible for setting up a new team and I must examine the current processes and make them if it is necessary more effective.This team must originate from young people who are entitled to social assistance. I have set up the team and they teach workers skills. Once this team standing, it will be transferred to the head of recovery.

Coaching the competition team. One of the goals is qualifying for the National Dutch Youth Climbing Competition. We have been competing for three years and we are the Dutch champions in two categories.

Haeghe Services outsources people with a physical or psychological impairment to companies in the The Hague area. As team manager, my responsibility is coaching the client and the employee and maintaining a good relationship with our clients. I am also responsible for the acquisition of new contracts, as well as outlining a marketing plan including a company and environment analysis, in order to reach the goals set in the annual management plan.

Monster

I coach people who are no longer able to work for regular companies due to, for example, accidents or psychological problems. The goal of my work is to get them a step further in their development towards working for a regular company.

This foundation completely revolves around bouldering. I started Baz! with three friends in order to organise a spectacular event on the beach in The Hague. This has now become an international event with around one thousand paying participants and tens of thousands of spectators. The organisation's board now consists of 4 members and there are roughly 12 staff members. Around 80 people volunteer for us during the event in August.

All Heights Services was founded in October 2007. The company has since then been active in construction, installation, cleaning, inspection and construction activities.
