In almost two decades, I've developed exceptional analytical, communication (oral and written), mediation, and investigative skills. I prepared content daily and communicated with more than 200,000 users. I went above and beyond and had a strong desire to learn how to encourage, serve, and reengage consumers across media. I was also identifying new innovative ways to do things and improving existing processes, which was also reflected in the excellent results. I also worked as an assistant editor of the Telekom Slovenije website and the Tehnik (https://tehnik.telekom.si) corporate blog.

During that period, I actively participated in the renovation of Mobitel's website, in the introduction of the Twitter profile and guidelines for communication with users, and as the editor-in-chief of the internal portal, I participated in the comprehensive renovation - both in content and design.

I helped Nina (founder and owner) to turn a hobby into a serious business. Pasji dom became the leading dog hotel in Slovenia. Among other things, I was also responsible for the online appearance, all marketing activities and helped with the registration of the Pasji dom brand in Slovenia. I am eternally grateful for all the experience gained and for the excellent company of doggies.

I believe that every first work experience should start in a customer support center and I am extremely grateful for that experience. There I gained irreplaceable experience in communicating with users and understanding their needs.
