Responsible for the Philippine office operation.Responsible for recruiting, hiring and training new staff.Established and implement company policy for Philippine operation in terms of work schedule, daily activities, travel budget, and balancing of work for every team member.Responsible for Filipino Service Engineers’ training, work assignments, overseas trip scheduling, and performance evaluation.Solve major customer issues that has reached the critical level of the problem.Oversee the performance of our overseas agents’ and distributors’ local field engineers as well as their training to ensure the quality of service to all our customers.Provides technical and sales support onsite and online to our partner agents and distributors.Communicates regularly with overseas Sales Agent, General Managers, and Sales Personnel to discuss sales strategyCreates and modify machine user manuals and training materials. *Job function requires frequent overseas travel.

Doing installation and commissioning of machines.Online and onsite troubleshooting assistance to customers and agents, Domestic and OverseasAttend exhibitions for marketing study on trends as well as to gain sales.Performs FAT (Final Acceptance Test) in Kawashima factory and conduct training to customers.Recommend parts and procedures on preventive maintenance.Set appointments to existing and potential customers (domestic/international) for machine introduction and other technical inquiries.Make presentation to customers for product introduction.Advertise Kawashima products by sending emails to potential customers.

In charge of the Kawashima project to manufacture the machine in the Philippines.Create the specification criteria and checklist for manufacturing Kawashima machines.Ensure that the production personnel are following the specification in manufacturing.Inspect the machine (Kawashima and non-Kawashima) prior to delivery as quality control.

Drives / generates programs to improve cost, quality and productivity in the manufacturing process.Attends to all customer issues, and provides data analysis and their corrective/preventive measures.Solves problems in manufacturing lines and responds to customers byGenerates process documents such as specifications and work standard guides for production use and implementation.Perform qualification and acceptance tests on machines bought by the company.
