Roles and Responsibilities:• Evaluate financial risks, margins, prepare financial forecasts, financing scenarios and write reports and recommendations regarding revenue, expenses and financial positions• Plan short- and long-term cash flows, assess financial performance, timely reporting of billings and collections across the portfolio by providing guidance on how to improve sales• Advise on and participate in the financial aspects of contracts with the partners and account leads• Build budgeting models in accordance with firm and account requirements, provide most suitable staffing scenario analysis to the project leaders in order to cope up with the budget.• Develop, implement and use tools for managing and analyzing financial portfolio, data and client information• Evaluating and reporting of risks and quality measures in a timely manner and manage account financial planning process• Perform various financial analysis such as reconciliations and variance analysis; Prepare budgets and forecasts to project and track financial metrics such as revenue, expense, etc.• Basics of Accounts (Accounting Principles), knowledge of Cash flows, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Balance Sheet, Cash Entries etc.• Interact periodically with senior level internal, and sometimes external, clients to present various analyses, discuss recommendations and provide project financial advice.• Effective contractual administration by keeping a track of purchase orders, contractdocumentation/storage• Perform and manage project management office (PMO) functional tasks and perform day-to-day contract management activities• Track expenditures and perform the client bill and receivable collection functions• Understand and utilize standard processes for project management, quality management, and risk management. Contribute to the growth and development of the overall financial advisor services. Practice through active involvement in one or more practice initiatives.

Roles and responsibilities:• Examine and analyse information to ensure accurate, quality delivery of US Tax Returns and e-file the returns/FBARs by remaining compliant with established Internal revenue system’s tax-filing standards, procedures and internal controls.• Facilitate smooth and complete end-to-end Tax compliance management in collaboration with constituent teams across the EY Network to effectively gather the information from tax individuals and help in making recommendations resulting to improved management practices.• Preparation of Federal/State extensions on tax filings and international assignment related calculations such as tax cost projections, tax equalization calculations, hypothetical tax calculations, etc. in accordance with the provision of the Income Tax Regime.• Assisted the team by training and supervising other professionals within the team which resulted to the development of better Team acumen and hassle-free deliverables.• Work on creating documents which include Cover Letters for Tax Returns, Power of Attorney, Extension forms for Tax Returns.• Demonstrate an understanding of basic tax concepts and proactively increase tax knowledge through client assignments and current tax developments.• Develop high-quality engagement service, financial management skills and exercise a high degree of independent judgment and discretion in providing tax services.• Actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/ existing clients, tax theories and positions and applying them to specific service needs.• Global Co-ordination on service delivery and proactively aid to Partners/Senior Managers/Managers on special projects for effective management of several clients.• Worked as a point of contact for US e-filing process as a CCH Tech lead and provided guidance related to the e-filing process, tools and additional specifications, enhancements etc.
