I worked on a project "FSHR Allele frequency mutation on Osteoporosis in Indian population.I designed project activities and studied various research articles and journals related to assigned project to aggregate relevant information so as to get idea what all has happened earlier in these related topic.I developed good hand at molecular techniques like DNA Extraction,RNA Extraction,Agarose Gel electrophoresis,DNA Elution,Sequencing and PCR.Moreover, also learnt about Immunohistochemistry,Allele specific PCR and RT-PCR.All these molecular tools were used to accomplish project. prepared verbal presentations, write reports, and participate in project meetings.
