The projects done here are from India as well as from abroad and are from LOD 100 to LOD 500. Models from various disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEPF) are prepared and delivered after integrating all of them .I worked there as an architecture and structure BIM Modeler.Main duties performed: 1.3D Modeling from 2D CAD drawings. 2. Putting project related information into the model. 3. Coordination of BIM models from various disciplines.4. Finding out clashes. 5. Reinforcement Modeling according to IS standards and extracting BBS and other BOQ from the model. 6. Preparation of shop drawings. 7. Preparation of parametric and non-parametric families.

Lodha New Cuffe Parade is one of the newest real estate luxurious project developed by Lodha Group at Wadala , Mumbai. The project comprises of 12 towers out of which 4 towers were constructed under L&T on contract basis. Each tower was G+45 floor. The structures were high rise RCC frame structures. In order to manage quantities of formwork, reinforcement and concreting and to provide shop drawings for the client they used the BIM technology.Main duties performed: 1.3D Modeling from 2D CAD drawings. 2. Preparation of well-coordinated working drawings, shop drawings from the model for easy site execution works. 3. Estimation of formwork, reinforcement and concreting from Revit model. 4. Making reinforcement shop drawings and Bar Bending Schedule.
