I can still find satisfaction in a great conversation with a leader, even if it is one where I have to reiterate with purpose over many weeks and challenge myself to influence in creative ways. Providing HR analytics is also a great way to provide insight into the business.I enjoy being an HR Generalist, it keeps my working life varied and gives me the ability to provide different solutions for the same problem. Coupling this with intuitive nature and keeping an eye on new HR trends, sharing ideas with other professionals allows me to be inventive with progressive solutions. Never a dull moment!
