Besides managing delivery, my role is to work closely with the sales team to acquire new business, provide consultancy services for client’s business need and ensure that an efficient solution was proposed along with competitive pricing.• Plan and monitor to work with PM’s to ensure that all projects are timely executed and are within the budget.• Identify, define contingency and mitigate identified risks.• Work with sales team to help them generate and close the leads.• Develop tailored processes for the sales and delivery teams.• Monitor resources and attend to their acquiring, scheduling, training needs and mentoring requirements.• Conduct training sessions for new hires.• Study new technologies and ensure that the team is trained for the same.am is trained for the same.

Primarily responsible for successful acquisition and delivery of Web and Mobile projects. Primary forte was cross platform projects involving multiple platforms. Overall, end to end delivery and further maintenance of the deployed projects was managed under my leadership.I had to Gathering requirements, analysing them, and design appropriate & efficient solutions to satisfy the client needs. This also included providing estimations, resource management, budgeting, and risk mitigations of the projects. Other responsibilities included:• Working closely with sales team and provide them complete support, technical and otherwise, to help acquire new business.• Provide consultation to clients as per their need and requirements.• Keep a close watch on team’s schedule and planning.
