Managing Mundra LPG terminal Project from Concept to Commissioning- Successfully Commissioned India's Largest LPG Import Terminal having 2 X Tank Size 25000 MT each.- Preparation of Project specific Procedures such as co-ordination procedure, Project Execution Plan, Document identification & control procedure, Documents Management, Project organization Note, Project team mobilization plan- Team member of financing of the Project through Bank and front face for Lender’s Independent Engineer..- Responsible for Project Management which includes activities like interfacing/managing basic design, survey, detailed engineering, procurement, tendering, contract management, construction management and commissioning.- Maintaining coherent environment with client and associated work force.- Invoicing based on Progress and terms of contract & payment- Review of Presentation for monthly review, monthly & weekly Progress reports, engineering deliverable, specifications etc.- Communication with contractor /vendor for techno-commercial and contractual matters through letters & emails, Maintaining proper records, resolve issues discussing with company & management, raising change order (if any) for project and co-ordinate for approval.- Review of Reports such as audit report, topographic, Geo-technical, Material selection, Valueengineering, Construct-ability, Plot plan committee report, HAZOP , HAZID, SIL, EIA, EMP, QRA,and other technical reports and finalize recommendation for implementation with the company- Closure of Extra Claims/Variation Orders of contractor.- Dealing with various correspondences of Contractors and different Department within the Organization.- Dealing with various Government Authorities to obtain various approvals for Project- Accountable for cost control, cash flow monitoring and implementation of planning & scheduling for Projects.
