Responsible about Qatar Museums Authority Facilities which consist of 18 locations around state of QATAR1. Schedule, plan, organize and manage staff responsible for maintenance,repair, and upkeep of QMA buildings and facilities. Prioritizeorganizational needs, complaints, work orders, coordinating with otherdepartments to schedule a time frame for completion and scheduling workassignments.2. Qatar National Museum

Responsuble about the facilities of the new National Museum project

1.Manages the operations of the National Water Control Center & Call Center inclusive of at least 15 main Reservoir & Pumping Stations, primary water mains from the Water Producers and rising mains2.Manages the efficient water purchasing from all Water Producers based on PWPA (Power & Water Purchase Agreements) & the efficient water distribution to the customers.3.Checks the Daily Operational Report inclusive of water balance on production, forwarding & distribution. 4.Forward all defects to Maintenance Section/ General Services and follow-up the rectification of such defects. 5.Recommends an improvement on the existing operation system on the assigned reservoir stations 6.Checks the monthly, quarterly and yearly operational report of Control Center and submit to Director, Water Networks Affairs7.Recommends to the Director, Water Networks Affairs the water distribution pumping hours to different water towers and maintains adequate stock in the reservoirs in coordination with Operations Section.8.Coordinates & attends meeting with WNA departments/sections inclusive of the Water Producers personnel.9.Manages coordination between "National Water Control Center" & "Call Center" regarding water complaints & pipe breakages.10.Reports directly to Director, Water Networks Affairs on all aspects of the water network operations and all the abnormalities in the system with recommendations/actions.11.Coordinates with Water Planning, Water Projects & Corporate Planning regarding future customers' water demand.12.Attends to any emergency (on-call 24 hours/day).

In June 2003 I transferred to Planning Section as Planning Engineer and I Trained for 6 months and I made planning study for Umm Slal Ali and Mohamed area also Shahanyia Dukhan Pipeline and also study the water forecasting for the network.To be directly responsible in planning and strategies of Systems Operational Improvement and Systems Facility Plan of expansion and development, ranging from demand modeling to network concept design anticipating necessary and innovative changes, upgrades, expansions or development of the present System from Water Sources, Forwarding Transmission Mains, Reservoir & Pumping Stations, Rising Mains, Secondary & Tertiary Mains, Service Connections, Metering, Non-Revenue Water losses and among others.Review, program, set and prepare according to Technical Targets and Strategies, identify problems and needs by points/ or areas for effective Systems Operation, envisage and develop plan of action for potential expansion and prepare & update as well System Plan and Demand Forecast for the entire System Plan meeting Corporate Objectives and Management directions, prioritize and optimize solutions.Performs whole life Project Management from its inception to end life cycle of the Project by initiating Business Case proposal and assessment of the needs of the Operation and Expansion targets as founded on the Customer demand satisfaction and Corporate mission by organizing an orchestrated effort of Project Liaison Representatives from different Department concerned bearing the principle of Optioneering in order to come up and recommend a technically sound and economical solutions thereby forming as part of the entire Facility Plan as directed under the System Plan

To be directly responsible in planning and strategies of Systems Operational Improvement and Systems Facility Plan of expansion and development, ranging from hydraulic modeling to network concept design anticipating necessary and innovative changes, upgrades, expansions or development of the present System from Water Sources, Forwarding Transmission Mains, Reservoir & Pumping Stations, Rising Mains, Secondary & Tertiary Mains, Service Connections, Metering, Non-Revenue Water losses, Water Quality and among others. and to be able to process the incoming and outgoing Design Enquiries to and from Utility Agencies, including the incoming Road Opening permit applications.Collate Operations historical figures and Projections, analyze, perform and update regularly the reservoir, pumps, pipeline, and Water Quality simulated Hydraulic Network Model and propose the required optimal operational rehab / upgrade and extensions of the present and future water network thereby forming as part of the entire System Plan as translated into Facility Plan.From March 2003 to September 2004 appointed as Mechanical Design Engineer, this includes:-1. Design Primary and Secondary pipelines2. Design Water Stations Pumps.3. Design Water Reservoirs.4. Dealing with MMAA (Ministry of Municipality and Agriculture) companies and coordinating with them for their design. Also am proud because I design the water network for Madinat Al-Shamal, Al-Kaaban and Al-Ghuwairyia area.

I have trained in Maintenance Section with the Engineers and Forman's working in Doha reservoirs and well field reservoirs.
