Current• Developing and implementing initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by working with individuals’ mindsets• Building retention programs that will reduce turnover ratios, such as Up-skilling, Upward Career Paths, Job Rotations, and In-House Coaching• Training and mentoring managers to become leaders and nurture their skills to become mentors for their respective team members• Identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and beliefs to promote positive behavioral changes• Working on Employer Branding through internal communication, employee experience, mentorship programs, and CSR opportunities• Using the correct communication frequencies to align employees with rebranded strategies and objectives that are easy to understand and grasp, as well as creating an emotional connection between the employees and the brand• Focusing on Customer Experience development while maintaining a well-structured approach toward data management and marketing intelligence
