• Establish business relationships with mortgage lenders such as: Ethos Lending, Stearns Lending, Inc., New Penn Financial, Union Home Mortgage, Home Point Financial, UWM, etc., and adapt to their guidelines and regulations.• Underwrite residential mortgage loans according to FNMA and FHLMC guidelines.• Determine qualifying income and calculate ratios by analyzing borrower's financial statements, personal and business tax returns including Sole Proprietorship, LLC, and S-Corp.• Analyze pay stubs and W-2's for authenticity and evaluate overall loan documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance, ensuring loan marketability.• Perform quality control review of the files by reviewing pre and post-closing loan documentation.• Ensure exceptional customer experience by overseeing loan process from origination to close and providing on-going communication to customers and business partners.• Assist clients on improving their credit score by negotiating settlements with credit card companies and collection agencies.• Manage pipeline of 40-50 loans monthly.• Assisted President of the company in preparing yearly expense budget.• Develop and maintain successful relationships with business referral sources. • Seek new mortgage lending opportunities and prospects.
