DigitalXpert is a company that was initially conceived as product-based, but currently is service-oriented. As the Project Director, I launch products into development; including development of their key features, architectures, interfaces, as well as leading them up to testing and fixing. More than 400 products were released, including ones that were very big, and those that were very small. The company expanded and had several divisions in Europe, as well as a head office in Canada

An attempt to create a non-technological startup. LightsOn was a retailer of European lighting fixtures in a small Canadian town. It is now widely accepted to tell of failures on LinkedIn, but this was a failure. The store held on for a couple of years and was eventually closed. However, many important lessons were taken out.
