Creating WOW experiences for clients, children, parents and schools. Physical Education and Inspiring Children through sport is at the core that we do at Premier Sport. I launched Premier Sport operations in Guildford, Leatherhead, Epsom and Dorking in January 2015. Since then, we expanded and are now working with over 15 schools just in our area and the number of schools which chose us is constantly growing. With our team of dedicated and highly qualified coaches, we engage children in over 20 different sports and activities during school year and holidays. One of our most cherished project is a gymnastics competition that we have established for schools in Leatherhead and Epsom. In the run-up to Rio Olympics, Premier Sport in Surrey worked in partnership with Active Surrey and engaged over 110 Surrey Schools took part (35,000 children) who took part in theRun to Rio challenge. Alongside running all the operations in the area, I use my hands on marketing experience to help the franchisees across Premier Sport as a member of Franchisee Marketing Group.

Strategic advice; As an optimization consultant I advised and directed clients on the strategy and tactics for their website optimization. I developed roadmaps for AB, multi-variate testing, segment-based personalization and targeting and generated multiple ROI through optimization. Planning and Segmentation; I developed detailed test plans for desktop, mobile, tablet sites taking into account different variables such as platform, traffic channel, geo locations, online customer behaviour. Test execution; Executed the plans using internal developer and creative resources, worked with developers to adhere to timelines and deadlines. Built wireframes and creative briefs in accordance with the client’s style guides.Client Management; Listened, analysed and transformed clients’ briefs into optimization project plans that would help my clients to reach their marketing and financial goals as well as satisfy the interests of multiple stakeholders. Provided regular status updates and flagged any potential problems or delays. Analysed and presented Optimization project outcomes and results, provided recommendations and learnings from the projects.
